We collect your email address when you sign up, photos you take within the app for card generation, match preferences and supported team selections, and usage data to improve the product.
Photos are sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate your Fan Freeze card. We do not store your raw selfie photos permanently. Generated card images are stored in our secure database. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use OpenAI for image generation, Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and API-SPORTS for match data. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@fanfreeze.io.
